Traditional Irish Bread Making
There is nothing more satisfying than eating your own homemade bread, which of course was the only way our grannies did it years ago. Step back in time in the traditional old kitchen at Rosehill House in front of the turf burning fire and learn to make three different types of classic Irish bread. In this hands-on class we will be making the traditional bread of Ireland soda bread, potato bread and a traditional Irish fruit loaf. Ireland Coach Tours
Ireland Coach Tours is a small Coach Company owned and managed by James Walshe. James is a driver & guide, a Historian & Amateur Archaeologist and is described by those who know him best as: Charismatic, Witty and Full of Irish Banter! James comes from County Tyrone by the shores of Lough Neagh in the Heart of Mid Ulster, it is an area steeped in history, culture, music, singing and folklore.
